Reimagined by Olson Kundig, this mid-century office building has undergone an architectural transformation that preserves its original character while repurposing it into a residential complex. Initially created by Richard Dorman in 1964, the revamped design strengthens the relationship between interior and exterior spaces. Additional structures have been set back from the original building, paying homage to its original form while adapting to the demands of the modern urban environment.
