Nestled beside the residential tower on Rosewood Avenue, the Rosewood Houses by Olson Kundig comprise eight detached single-family homes. Drawing inspiration from their surroundings in a historically rich, design-oriented Hollywood neighborhood, these two-story residences incorporate a blend of stone, wood, steel, and concrete materials. They share a common contemporary craft design theme, forming a harmonious and unified community. The project is striving for LEED Silver certification.
